I believe it's standard, in my colleagues Liva, Rat had chewed some wires near to connector but they changed whole engine wiring, all paid by New India. Though it was not cashless as we had not bought from Toyota Dealer.

OT : Just to add I usually get the following Add-Ons on Jetta Insurance Renewals :

Bumper to Bumper Coverage
Engine & Gear Box Protection
Cost of Consumables Cover
NCB Protection Cover
Rodent Damage Cover
Emergency Assistance Cover

Probably wise for the existing Crysta owners to get the above.
