YEs still confused again between the two . Again the fully loaded Gl comes at a premium of 10 lakhs.

And any idea of the price of the cayenne diesel akshay ?

Also checked the porsche india website, overthere also it says the same thing:"Sold only in south africa" !

IMO the Volvo XC90 makes the most sense. Its safe, practical, butch-looking and comfortable. Also I read in ACI Feb issue on Pg 48-49 that there is a Chennai dealership called Liv Cars. Their number is +91 9940011336 and e-mail id is charan@livcars.com, you may check out with them for details.

Its between the gl vs parado vs xc90.
Each intermediately priced at 10 lakhs.

I would definitely chose the XC90 and the R-design XC90 which featured in the recent Hindi flick, "3 Idiots" looks terrific from every angle. The LC Prado is also an awesome vehicle. No idea about the GL. It looks majestic though.

The r design looks very nice and would have gone for it if it was available in the diesel , but apparently the r design is available only in the v8 version.

Thats what is confusing all the 3 shortlisted suv's are awesome.

The 3rd row in XC90 is definitely the best around.. Do check it out at the dealership; you may end up getting some decent discount as well. Otherwise it's a very capable SUV. Only thing it lacks when compared to Q7/ML is flamboyance.

Q7 3.0 is the best option you have. If the waiting period is more, try some other dealer. The 2nd best option is the GL.

Is the Q5 a 5 seater?
