Kind attention, All Delhi-NCR BHPians.

I am planning a meet on 30th September, i.e Sunday. Details mentioned below:

Date- 30th September, Sunday

Time- Breakfast meet, Being a sunday, All of us have family commitments, So I guess morning meet will be ideal.

Location- Well, I am also confused on this, Here are the options shortlisted, Please choose one in the poll.

1- NH 8, Manesar, Early morning drive to Mc.D or haldirams.

NH8 is good, but road has some broken patches and manesar is very near, 40 mins max from Delhi.

2- NH 1, Murthal/karnal, Haveli

We had 2 meets in the past in Haveli, Murthal. But the road is awesome, Plus food is mouth watering. For a change, If majority agrees, We can go to karnal, Haveli and can do go karting there too.

3- In the city limits, We can plan one in Delhi itself, If you opt for this, Please suggest the location in Delhi as well.

My vote goes for the 2nd option, A drive to karnal/murthal. Preferably Karnal, As i love the food over there plus roads :D

If any of you guys want to bring your family along, You can, Just update the same on the thread and check with other Bhpians, If they are bringing them or not, So that they also get some company.

Hello!

I would love the meet in Karnal or Murthal. Haveli ensures ample parking space along with enough seating capacity to accommodate us all.

Mcdonalds usually has a culture of people moving out soon. I wonder how long we will be able to stay put. Also NH8 till Manesar is nothing exciting. In fact with the broken patches it will not be fun. Plus Manesar Mcdonalds is really close to Gurgaon.

NH 1 has good straight roads where we atleast will get a small dosage of highway run :)

Even, I want it to be karnal, But you know, the way delhi's junta responds.

I can't really commit, but am pretty sure I'd be free on a Sunday morning. Count me in for Murthal.

I don't think with this kind of response karnal will happen, So let's keep it in Murthal, Where 2 meets have been in the past.

We'll have a good dosage of highway run, Plus good food and No issues of parking as well, and great ambience, So that we can chit chat easily.

Hey guys, posting on this thread since the last time the meet could not take place. So decided to finally put this thread to good use. I will be in Delhi for a couple of days at the end of this month. Now I happened to be a part of the first mega TBHP meet of the NCR region but sadly after that had to move to Vadodara. Since then Sameer has been conducting a lot of meets ofcourse( to my envy :D). So anyways coming to the point I was planning a meet on the 31st of march which is a sunday. Does that work with everyone? Or we can make it to 30th march evening. Whatever works the best with everyone. Venue is upto you guys to decide.
Pour in with your suggestions. And I think we can leave the planning and management part over to sameer now.

I am fine with any location: Coffee shop, murthal, bowling ;), drinks..

Okay guys. I was about to post a thread for meet, since its been a ling time, we had a proper meet in Delhi.

So, as proposed by mohit, let's plan one on 31st i.e Sunday.

But, first we need to decide on the venue, my pick would be haveli, murthal, I don't even mind going to Karnal, but I doubt if all the guys would love to drive that long for a meet.

I am also fine with any other venue. Be it a coffee shop, or a drive meet.

IMO a breakfast drive to murthal would be the best bet. You guys do pour in with your suggestions too.

Waiting for this thread to get the pace, before deciding on the venue.

As of now, 3 people are confirmed. Me, mohit and newtonmeter.

PS- mohit no bowling, as I guess , you don't wanna face a defeat in front of everyone :D lol

Hello folks,

I am supposed to be in Mumbai either last week of March or first week of April. Have not been able to confirm the dates yet. However as of now would love to meet. I do not mind Karnal at all although let's see what everyone wants so as to get maximum numbers.

Yea I don't mind karnal although I doubt everyone would be able to take out that much time. What all other options are there apart from Murthal?
