Alright, stop cribbing.:) I have uploaded snaps from two cameras. The Sony DSC-P93 snaps are from Islero's camera I think. The Sony Cybershot (DSC-F717) snaps are from my camera. There are some eagerly anticipated snaps from Steeroid's Nikon D50 which are still stuck in the camera. He'll upload once he reaches home.

Feel free to add comments against the pics.

Rudra, I did take the tripod but the mounting plate was left back home stuck to the SLR.:Frustrati

Hey, Sorry we didn't get a chance to say bye to each other as u left when we had just about gone to sleep but it was great meeting up with you even if it was for a short while !!! Anyways why are the go karting pics so dark ..can't make anything out ..

But the best part is that you were there for the best few hours of the entire meet .. Obviously it was the drifting competition at the track !!! Wasn't that a whole lot of fun ...
clap: clap: Cheers

Yikes! The family owns just the building that houses the pub. The pub is owned by a gentlemen who pays monthly rent. Steeroid, you did notice we had to pay our bill like any other patron.

Check out karting snaps from my camera in the last page. Since it was late evening and raining, it does require some extra effort to take action photographs.

Hey, I saw loads of posts asking for pics and when someone has put them up there r no comments flying .. lol !!!

Cheers

OFFTOPIC>Samurai I just visited all snaps and found this one(http://samurai.smugmug.com/gallery/1504320/2/72160444) v.interesting.Its a tanker but v.old one and almost rusted. All radars have been removed fm it and I wonder it is there for repair?I dont think for scrap as we do scraping here in Gujarat for ships:) .Looked to me a russian owned shipmanagement vessel and not atall maintained.Windows of bridge rooms are missing means this ship is stagnant and not moving on its feet!

Hey, it's been there for years now...at least since 2002..

I didn't take the ship photos, it was taken a day before I landed.

I have added captions to some of the snaps I have taken. Other delegates are welcome to add comments to earlier pics.

Nice Pictures..
But How can i identify members ??
All Of you had a BLAST..
And Do Post Some More Pics...

Cheers,
Mugen_Power.

As Khaadu confirms, these were the best few hours of the entire meet. While we initially worried about rain and not having timers on the carts, it was turned into an advantage. We didn't worry about timings, instead we all chose to focus on drifting on wet surface, and 180s. Pretty much everybody pulled 180s and some were able to pull perfect drifts at the corners. Once Psycho drifted right into the pit stop, and Mclaren tried some highspeed stoppie coming into the pitstop and got a mouthful from a track staff.

And I tried some experiments with sports photography and got some mixed results. I switched to steeroid's D50 SLR to take some handheld panning action shots at 1/20 shutter speed, got some interesting results. These are yet to be posted since they are still on the camera.

Hey Guys,

Awesome pics looks like you guys sure had a blast. It would be nice if one of you guys could put names to the faces as I'm sure most of us who have not yet met will know each other.
