Sorry for the back-to-back posts but I almost forgot to mention that after everyone disbursed after the last mini-meet, I was stuck with spending the night out till public transport resumed service the next morning. So, Raghav decided to go on a drive and accompany me back to Uran. After a quick tank-up and a couple of missed exits, we zombie-drove our way to Uran.


It was bloody cold and both of us were longing for a cuppa n' smoke. So imagine our dismay when we couldn't find a single hotel/chaiwalla/tapri open at that hour. It was 6am and while we managed to have some namesake tea, we had to hunt all the way from Uran to Belapur station for a smoke. This was the only inconvenience for an otherwise memorable drive. Thanks a lot for staying back and dropping me Raghav.

If you guys are going for a drive or hanging around that side after breakfast I would like to join in.

Hi SDP,
I would like to join in. But is there parking available around Cafe Mondegar? Since many would be coming in by car so parking space would be necessity.

I would suggest the following:
1. Do keep as early as possible, which helps in empty roads and much more driving pleasure.
2. Cafe Mondegar menu sure does looks expensive. Better if there is a place which serves good VFM meal.

Pardon me... but where is this cafe stupid: Havent been on a meet for quiet long since I stay abroad. Would plan to join along!

Guys, Just an update for all that this meet stands CANCELLED due to some unavoidable exigencies.

Sure definitely. I was actually planning to drive down Vento for breakfast meet. During the next meet will get the Fiesta for you.:)
