Thanks!
May not make it at exact 7; will be driving in from Vashi. But, will try to get there ASAP.

In case you find only stickered cars opposite hiranandani school and no bhpians around, chances are that everyone has moved to K3. So request you to reach there in case you reach late.

Sorry. No zombie drive planned for today...
Zombie drive might be planned soon. Keep checking the thread.
Cheers!

Hoping to see some photos from the last meet. We had I guess a turnout of almost 20 bhpians.
A few snaps from the meet on Last Friday (24th Jan 2013):
Flying_Spur talking with Swapszone. A bunch of rare visitors in the background (Esma1981, mango_pal, RishiSuri, RajBajwa)
Another rare guy Bobbafet in the middle.
First timer RajneeshMakhija in checks.
Desmo in very good mood because of the unexpected break which made his visit possible.
Swaps, Amansanc, Desmosedici
Swaps trying his hand at a camera.
L to R: Amansanc, Desmosedici, swapszone, vvb8530, LatentPotential, Flying_Spur, RajneeshMakhija, Esma1981, RishiSuri, RajBajwa
Turbo_Torq joins on the left.
Normally_Crazy, PlatzaTurbo, AdiShenoy, Cartman, Pritam, mango_pal, Bobbafet not in the group pic as they had to leave earlier.
A smaller group had dinner together later.
Thanks for putting up the pics SDP. I blame my lazy @$$ for the delay on my end!
I'm using the same metaphor coupled with Mumbai's bumper-kissing traffic as my excuse for reaching late that day. The Shenoy bros. were kind enough to wait for me and pick me up. Even Adi seconded that almost every route in every part of Mumbai was choc-a-bloc with heavy traffic hence I asked them to proceed without me.
This Friday's meet broke the last one's record with about 20 TBHPians showing up from about every part of Mumbai
(ask me lol). However, a lot of members just dropped in briefly to say hello. I met most of 'em but might've missed a couple.

Discussions about Varun's marriage were in full swing that day!

Don't know what Raj is trying to convey; must be a carb!

Each one's expression here can be used for a meme.

Here it is as you requested Swapnil ;]

Busted!

It's a new challenge at every meet.

Note the 'ghost' Raj behind Raj!

L-R: Aman(amansanc), Raj(Desmosedici), Swapnil(swapszone), Varun(vvb8530), Akshay - with snacks in hand(latentpotential), Akshay(FlyingSpur), Rajneesh(rajneeshmakhija), Esmail(Esma1981), Rishi(RishiSuri), Sanjay (SDP), Raj(RajBajwa).

Swapnil acquainting himself with the 390.

Rishi's Cruze.

Doesn't this remind you of a similar incident involving a Range Rover being attacked?

Sanjay was more than just smiles that day.

It was only after he left that I deduced.....KTM 390 + BHPian = FlyingSpur stupid:

The famous TSI twins!
Nice Snaps SDP and Hrishi. A good repository of memories forever. I was really happy to come for the meet that day as i always tend to miss it due to office.
Thomas Edison would've felt pretty bummed that day since his invention was replaced with more modern and efficient means of lighting. HIDs, projectors, LEDs......it was like a car lighting fest. Or actually, a competition! ;)

Rajneesh's City with a cool HID and projectors setup. Coupled with LEDs.

Oh yes, another Sparkling Brown City. A particular owner was very happy!

The LEDs act as auxiliary lights when the HIDs are switched to hi-beam. Pretty novel for a aftermarket plug n play mod.

Not to be left out, Varun had his long-time plans of installing these realized finally.

Initially, I was left wondering about the provision for turn indicators.

Woah....Cool.

While most of the gang dispersed and a few others proceeded for dinner, Swapnil ushered me into Varun's car; he had his City parked somewhere else and wanted me to accompany him to get it. I wondered why......

:Shockked: Holy moly. Him tooo???

Care to spot the difference between Swapnil's and Varun's setups?

Twin devils. One ain't exactly black though

Swapnil virtually took the entire day off work to supervise the installation.
After a few tweaks here and there, we finally set off with Swapnil proudly flashing his high-beam at every opportunity he got. Since it was getting late, I couldn't stay back with the rest of the guys for dinner. Swapszone kindly dropped me till Borivali (
I loved your bare-to-the-bones Maharashtrian attitude when that i10 made us wait at teh signal!).
It was somewhat of a rushed meet this time but I enjoyed it. I just wished a few others (arunshek, nishantbhatia, carzone, engrohit, minimalist, jignesh, powertrain, nishantdlv, SuperBee) were present too.

Thanks Raj. Really glad to have your company since the last two meets.
Thanks Hrishi. I loved your report. And the pics have come out simply awesome.
I really wish that there was a "Thank" option for this thread.
Thanks Hrishi! I have actually started looking forward to your pics and report. Also admire your enthu to brave the traffic and the bone-rattling ride in a ST to come to Powai to meet us. :thumbs up
Edit: Go easy with the smileys. Somebody would eventually count. :D
Excellent Pics Sanjay and Hrishi :thumbs up.
Hrishi you are also creating quite a reputation for yourself in the group for the funny captions that you provide.
Our Mini meets (so to speak) are already turning out to be misnomers with turnouts as big as 20 people and a decent group proceeding for Dinner after the meet. Let's keep up the momentum.
Ho hum. One more great meet..missed :Frustrati. I blame it on my office location + timings.
Great to read about it though! Brings a smile on my face :).

Hey, it's BEST or NMMT. But yeah, sometimes its ST too. Hats off to them though for providing unparalleled transport to almost every known corner of the universe!
And I did limit my post to two smileys but the other two were just text gestures. It got parsed into smileys lol.

I just hope I haven't gone OTT on the captions/comments and thus offended anyone.
With the growing participation at every meet, I'm quite sure that we'll have to rename the thread title soon!
Hey Sanjay, Hrishi! Nice pics! Describes all the fun that I had to miss! Meet you guys at the next one.
Another great meet. With every passing meet, the turnout is increasing. And this time it was nearly 20 people!!
Hrishi and SDP, great pics!! Thank you guys for capturing the memories...
Hrishi, the pictures of the projector setup(s) have come out great... And don't worry. you are being praised for all the right reasons on the whatsapp group :)
Hello All,
I am really missing these meets.
Also as I have not yet activated Internet here on mobile, I am away from action on Whatsapp group.
Thanks,
We would be meeting today.
Jignesh and Raghav, you guys are being missed for the meets.
