Looks like the meet was super duper success with quite an attendance. Pitying myself for not making to the meet, missed an opportunity to meet the mods and BHPians (I was stuck with a family priority). The pics have come too good, thanks to all who posted, atleast made me be there virtually.

The handle tags on the shirts must have made it easy for BHPians to recognize each other. I guess next meet, it must be made mandatory for BHPians to sport the T shirts with the embroidered handles.

Super fun meet, thanks Karan561, Johannskaria, SMJet and Rehaan for the wonderful pics. The only thing i would say is that we should do this more often, nothing beats a good sunday drive with like minded car enthusiasts!

Thanks a lot guys for this meet and especially the folks who took the photos. With so many photographers around us, I clicked just one pic of the meet ! Good to see the Abarth clan growing slowly. Food was nice. Only negative thing was the fact that the meet got over too soon ! Time goes by extremely fast when you are drooling over cars and talking with like minded people. Couldn't interact with all of the Bhpians, but hoping for another meet where I will be able to meet them.

Nice suggestion mate.

If and when the team plans for a meet next time, we can plan somewhere near vapi which will be 2 hours drive both from Mumbai as well as Surat. BHPians from Valsad will also be able to join. Myself and fellow BHPian and a good friend 'Car's Paradise' will be the tentatives from Surat.

I am a newbie here. Was passing by saw the range of cars stopped on the side just after the Vashi gaon signal. ( had a feeling it would be only the Team BHP guys) Wasn't able to stop as was in the first lane and had to be in Nerul for a family function. Would have love to join. Clearly remember seeing Akrapovic Beemer, the twins, the merc monster and the City.

All in all, A great meet, Unfortunately sunny's was totally jam packed made such an open place like that feel claustrophobic! Was not able to interact with all the bhpian's, But man it was good time spent, Drive to the Sunny was great!

Stumbled on this thread pretty late. I would have loved to join the meet. May be next time. But pretty great turnout, what a sight it might have been to spot so many Team-BHP stickers on such a wide range of cars. Pure drool!

Let's explore some offbeat locations with good goods. But before that, we have to head out on the Nashik highway once. After you pay the 100 buck toll, the road to Igatpuri is good. And lots of places to chill & eat on the way back.

That would've been something else man. I think by 3ish, a lot of people still weren't keen to return home. We could have easily done the run up to Amby IF it were raining.

It was nice of them to set up such a big table for us, a little away from the crowded main area. But yes, the popularity of that place is crazy! Customers had a waiting period of over 1 hour...and most of the men among them were checking out the Team-BHP cars!

Amen to that. It's a fantastic strip of road, we have to do it once if not more often. Give it about a week, 10 days tops and the monsoons will be properly upon us. That's when we should set out again, wherever.

Damn right, it was just a bit too early to call it a day, but that's just me. Me and 2 others did make the drive up to Amby, and while it wasn't raining, the mist rolling in made for a breathtaking view. Gotta do that trip again too, although I'm making any excuse for a drive

It took me a while; but I think I now have a handle on keeping an eye on the forum. So maybe next time, I won't miss out on a Mumbai meet.
