It's time for a mega-meet and what better to have it than Sunday, 14th Feb, Birthday for forum.

Mumbai:
Gathering point: Stop immediately after crossing Kamothe Toll Plaza. 7.00 am, Plan is to depart at 7.15 am (Maps link)

Pune:
Gathering point: Shell, Wakad

Depart time: 7:30-7:45am

In view of current situation, we expect everyone to follow all required norms. Those who are well self-disciplined and needn't rely on someone else's cleanliness are welcome.
Even at gathering points, we will leave in lot of 5-7 vehicles till all confirmed participants arrive and leave. This will also ensure that we don't have long lines at tolls.

Great call in planning for an early meet. The expressway is fun only in the early morning. The drive back at 11ish should be good too, and everyone is home for lunch. It is after all, Valentine's Day. So car love in the morning, spouse / girlfriend / boyfriend love the rest of the day

This it I fully endorse. The last meet this area was horrid and currently the stretch is even worse than its ever been.

I also suggest the spot post Vashi toll ideally just after the road sort of curves or turns right. I think a prior meeting we had congregated there. Makes for a nice lineup photo too. :-)
