Team-BHP Mumbai-Pune 18th Birthday Meet | 12th/13th Feb 2022 @ Mapro Garden, Lonavla

Need inputs from all in helping finalize all aspects of the 18th birthday of Team-BHP.

TENTATIVE:
Day & Date: Saturday/Sunday, 12th/13th Feb 2022
Venue: Mapro Garden, Lonavala (Seems to be most suitable, open to change)
Time: 8:30am - 9:00am till 11/11:30am

Mumbai:
Gathering point: Stop immediately after crossing Kamothe Toll Plaza. 7.00 am, Plan is to depart at 7.15 am
Coordinator: NEED 2 VOLUNTEERS
Depart time: 7:00 - 7:15am

Pune:
Gathering point: Shell, Wakad
Coordinator: DEVILZZZZOWN, NEED A VOLUNTEER
Depart time: 7:30-7:45am

In view of current situation, we expect everyone to follow all required norms. Those who are well self-disciplined and needn't rely on someone else's cleanliness are welcome.
Even at gathering points, we will leave in lot of 5-7 vehicles till all confirmed participants arrive and leave. This will also ensure that we don't have long lines at tolls.

NOTE: Entry to Mapro Gardens is only post the staff verifying Double Dosage certificates at entry. Please keep them handy for fuss-free entry.

Any and all suggestions are welcome. This should be a memorable meet since Team-BHP turns 18 this year!!

Thanks for the initiative to start new thread. 12-13 is still bit early can we plan around end of February? Omicron cases will reduce further and things will stabilize, hopefully.

Unfortunately, I guess this message never made it to most Mumbai-Pune Bhpians as not everyone (including me) checks the Team-Bhp meet section often. This is also precisely the reason how i missed out on the last two Mumbai meets

. I guess if the admins could help out with like eg: highlighting the oncoming team-bhp meet on the home page, it would help reach out to a lot more Bhpians from that region and could eventually lead to a large successful Team-Bhp mega meet.

What say, admins? It's a suggestion that many Bhpians have had from the last meets too. Also, with this let me bring the thread back to life so we can plan a Mumbai-Pune Team-Bhp meet around the end of this month.
