if you are driving in your own car, then it is the fuel plus some 200 bucks for the food (maximum) . else it is just the food, the ride is free.

who would arrange a buffet lunch middle of the highway ?

I thought we should just go dutch table by table where ever we eating.. Then again its my first meet so, do give us few details on how the buffet would work.

Daniel we were planning to organize a buffet at one of the resorts at Yelagiri. There are I hear atleast 3 good resorts.

Also, each is free to get his own car or hop in with the others. Normally, occupancy rate is 2 in each car. Yes, more cars are welcome.

The last list with the 28 names I have put are the ones confirmed for Saturday directly to me either via PM's or SMS. Some are yet to confirm. About 8 of them dropped out as they can make it only on a Sunday.
