Maggie will come back with the modalities buy my suggestion is that one pays the amount directly to the resort folks in advance. Unfortuntely Mr Sam Kapasi is not there to pick up the tab for those guys who vamoose before the bill appears

Best is to pay the money in advance. This can be done as we all meet before heading out for destination.

Ajmat and Rudra we never had any problems with funds during the Yelagiri drive too. Everyone paid up-front at the resort and bangy boys and 1 girl were quite understanding.

Also this whole thingy is being worked out by my company's event management team and the resort charges 650/- to 750/- Rs for a complete day.

Price quote given is 400/-Rs for breakfast. lunch(veg and non-veg),evening tea with snacks and with the usage of their recreational facilities if needed.

I will put up the exact price per head by Nov' 2nd (based on the number of people)coz am trying to get this worked for cheaper , say by atleast 40/50 bucks.

Thanks Steeroid. We thought we'll make this style of organizing meets a generic standard moving forward.

You wouldnt be able to participate for this one? This should be one of the last enjoyable drives to Nandi Hills before the International Airport in April makes this road the latest bottleneck in Bangalore.

Ajmat did give me this good suggestion a few days back. I'll talk to you offline abt that mode of collecting payments - it seems to be the most painless and democratic method.
