Everyone pl note the following :

1. Pl put up your modes of participation. Those who dont have rides, pl put the area you're from so that someone around there/ on-the-way picks you up.

2. Pl note our following numbers. You may contact any of us for any queries:

3. Booze: BRING your own booze, preferably in a cover with your name. It is on the expensive side at Woodrich. We would be dumping all the booze in their fridge during breakfast to be consumed when we return for lunch. And due to our proud caveman heritage, we will kill before we share our booze.

4. Pl dont default on the scheduled meet time at 630 am at Mekhri Circle. This is of paramount importance keeping in mind the money to be paid prior to breakfast at Woodrich.

5. An accomplished photographer or two, pl get your cameras. A meet report is 80% incomplete without timely pics.

A sincere suggestion from my end to the organizers. Don't expect all those who have confirmed on this thread to turn up. Riju, I think you should make it clear to the resort guys that there could be a lesser count as well. Last thing you need is to give a confirmation to them on numbers & have many drop out at the last minute while the others will have to fund extra to make up for the loss.

This meet sounds impressive with the huge turnout, I surely am going to miss this one a lot.
