oki boys, We have spoken to the Jaymahal palace management to try and arrange the meet a bit better. They were not very cooperative and haven't given us a package deal but have assured some discount will be worked out. They have a very nice garden and they have agreed to reserve a corner for us. There will only be a couple of tables and chairs for everyone.

Instead of waiting till the end for the bill formalities we have decided to collect an entry charge in advance. For this we would need your cooperation. Please pay Rs.500 to either Riju(Rjstyles69) or to me when you enter the place. We will write your name down.

Depending on the food/alcohol ordered the bill may exceed this amount. We will let everyone know if any balance needs to be paid. The food and alcohol will be billed separately so the people who drink can expect to pay a little more at the end.

Also to keep a tab on the order, we will assign one person amongst us to take everyones order and consolidate rather than having 30+ people giving an order to the waiters.

You may also want to inform the management in advance that they should take the order only through the designated person and not listen to others. This will avoid any misunderstanding later.
