Is this the DLF Club? Then count me in for both the mini meet to decide as well as the main meet!

I guess Gurgaon would be a better option as it's much easier for people to drive down to gurgaon (Thanks to the better approach and NH8), so if i may suggest, we can meet at the unitech country club in south city 1. Can manage to get a package deal for approx 1K PP which would include unlimited snacks+drinks+lunch/dinner+dessert and I can always bring in my music system as long as someone gets the CD's. The only problem is, we need to tell them in about a week in advance and pay the money upfront x number of units.:Frustrati

How can some even suggest Gurgaon for a NCR meetup, what about people from Noida ?

Central OR South Delhi are the only Feasible Venues, and I guess things have been pretty much been finalized for 23rd may, as I have not counted, however I am sure that as of now most of the members have given availability on 23rd..

lol: mate, no offense but 1k PP is real steep - last time round we got a very good deal courtesy Girish & we paid only 600 per head. Even that would be steep for some of our members so I'd think a 1k would be a thanks but no thanks kind of a situationcheers:
