New York / NJ / CT / etc Meet - ELECTRIC GoKarting!! (Sun 29th June)

There's this relatively new "high speed entertainment and conference center" that's opened up just off Route 17, in Maywood, NJ.

While they have attractions including Virtual Tactical Training, and more interestingly, Virtual VGT Auto Racing - their best attraction of all is undoubtedly -> Live Kart Racing .

Rehaan & me are planning on setting up a Team-BHP Karting meet at this location on Sunday, 29th June'08.
The track opens at 1.00pm so nobody'll lose any beauty-sleep.

Hope to see a few more BHPians around the tri-state area come out this time so we can make it a big meet!

Feel free to put up your suggestions so we can try and adjust the schedule accordingly.

12hp electric go karts - which means a perfectly flat torque curve and ALL the torque available to you at 0RPM !!

Aah, can i meet you in manhattan and then take a ride with you (if you are planning to drive there?)

But I am visiting my friend in connecticut on saturday. the initial plan was to return on sunday evening, but now I'll have to see if I could return on the morning and then drive to velocity. Hi Sujay,

There didnt seem to be much interest on this weekend and aah & me has other ways to occupy ourselves - so i guess it got put on hold.

I am however very keen on going go-karting at this place, so we should definitely pull something together in the near future if there are more members who are willing and free.
