How about this for the final plan:

Tony da Dhaba at 20:00 hrs on 20th September. Guys driving down from Bombay should be able to make it even earlier if your starting from Chembur (?) at 18:00.

If people are coming all the way to Toni da Dhaba (from Mumbai and Pune), I would suggest a much better place. It's Babi Da Dhaba and is just few metres next to Toni (towards Pune). The food is great, both veg and non veg. I can vouch for it.

I have always believed that the second best way (first being, visiting it) to locate a good dhaba is to look at the number of trucks parked inside. Babi wins hands down on both fronts.

Count me in at either of the venues.

That place is plain over rated. No doubt the taste is pretty good, but its expensive.
And the waiters serving there have got no courtesy.
