Yes I did remember some other plans like many of the people here remembered the RP Show (infact it was mentioned in the first few posts that RP was doing the show on 27th) after giving the confirmations.

I have other work to attend on 27th or any other date for that matter.

Chaps. This is pointless. The venue is not yet booked and almost everyone has either dropped out or is doubtful. There is no "Plan B" at the moment.
If anyone has a plan for a meet, a new thread should be started.
This meet stands cancelled and the thread is locked.
