Just back from the meet an hour ago. Had an awsome time. Will put up the meet report in a couple of days. These LAO BUTTER CHICKEN MERA meets fill my stomach like anything.

Heck, missed another meet. Was at Amritsar that day, had made it to Chd. on time but was so tired and frustrated that didn't had the heart to attend the meet. Some bloke on a p150 banged into my front bumper while an old W124 (with esteem wing mirrors!!) rear ended as well, also the alloy was damaged due to a partially unlided manhole covered ply wood.

Result: broken/disaligned bumpers and a bent alloy.

Anyways, who is the conti fellow amongst us about whom Akshay180 has been talking about? Man, he is really cross with that fellow!

Yeah, I had been feeling that it might end like this since half an year. The way he revved and the speeds he often carried in that tiny car can be very well given the credit for it. Also, its not a blown engine, a damaged timing belt kit, and as per him, the engine oil light followed soon after. Its quite a serious damage as sourcing parts for the Matiz isn't really an easy task but nothing like a blown engine.

I guess the Crankshaft is intact. Also the engine has done about 130K only, and was overhauled around 95K. I have a feeling that the guy did not do a great job of it.

Although, I'll blame akshay more for this incident rather than the Daewoo mill, still this is where it shows that maintaining a Matiz isn't as easy as similar Marutis.
Anyways, his mechanic will check the car tomorrow as he was unavailable today and will probably give a detailed explanation.

Oh yeah, Akshay had a great time riding a towing truck.
