dude i have to drop a friend at the airport and it scheduled at 9 a.m . so even 8 will be on the optimistic side .

how about splitting the fuel cost of all the cars by everyone whose coming ? alibaug is 120 kms one way from mumbai which means 20 liters of fuel each car on the higher side . so that makes it like an average of say about 800 bucks each car . so the amount to be really chipped in could be like 500 bucks a car which could be spilt by whoever is coming . the balance 300 the driver should pay for as a premium for getting to drive all the way to alibaug and back .

what say people ?

I didn't know you'd already written about this before I asked you

Anyway its only fair that we share the fuel cost, not fair for the owner of the car to pay for such a long drive.

Guys... as much as I would like to join you guys.. wont be able to ... as I am off to Igatpuri today.... or the weekend...

And as I see, Alibaug seems to be the destination.. a suggestion... pass alibaug and go over to murud... trust me.... "YAAD RAKHOGE!!!!"

Thanks for the heads up. I saw the weather report on BBC this morning. The pre-monsoon showers are expected either tomorrow or by monday! Lets see what the weather is like when I wake up tomorrow. Worst case, i guess I'll take the car :(

hey guys i wont be having my car...dad thinks i my going for a race(made the mistake of showing him the pictures of the last drive)...will have to hop in with one of u guys....and sharing the fuel is a good idea...so how many cars and how many hitch hikers in all?...and yeah vack are you getting ur porche man?

ok. SO....

Sunday morning - 0730 SHAAAAAAARP at Sion flyover for the group coming from Bombay, and we'll meet up with the New Bombay guys at the Vashi toll naka at about 7.45.

P.s. I still have no idea where we are heading, but lets just keep the stops to a minimum this time!!
