Tentative date is 17th Jan, but it looks like some are busy on that day. I am eating my head now for any other possible date. Will post up here on Dec 31. Till then as you have mentioned, lets wait for head count first.

If there a lot of A'bad members participating, the meet will be held in A'bad mostly. Wait till 31st so that we can get a general idea.

How is 16th Jan evening time. Its Saturday, so we can plan a meet on 16th evening. Do pour in your views.
14 and 15 ( Thursday and Friday respectively ) are Uttarayan and 16th is Saturday. I am thinking of 16th evening time.

I won't mind traveling to A'bad instead of Anand. Anything works fine with. I am also flexible with date if i am coming. Though not 16th. Its really bad time to meet up as people would be busy finishing pending stuff of 2 days. If not the 17th, i would say any of the next 2 sundays should work fine for all i guess. By that time, those going to Delhi auto expo would have returned and others can make other commitments that ways.

I will definitely come to know by max, 5th of Jan 2010. Till than its really hard to say. So if you have to book anything before just count me in. if you can hold till for a week, i would give you a 100% yes or no.

If majority is IN for 17th Jan 2010, i guess the plan should be continued. I shall try my best to get there. I mean its a difficult option, car rally in surat or team bhp meet. I guess meet gets a higher stand :)

I was thinking if ANAND is viable for all and we plan to spend more than a few hrs togather, we can check out MADHUBAN RESORT. good place to hang out and catch up. If 17th is working for all, I am ready for it.lol:

So if the meet is held in A'bad, then 14 people are ready to join in. Nice IMHO. Double as compared to what we had in Vadodara.

EDIT :
If we keep the meet in A'bad than 8 members have confirmed to participate.
Lets wait till 5th Jan before we can finalize on venue location ( i.e. Anand or A'bad ).
