Southeast USA Meet?

I've searching through the meets section and noticed that there's never been a southeast USA meet. What do you think? Should we do it?

It would probably be best if you figured out which members were in your area and then PMd them a link to this thread, since there aren't too many around and they might have missed this thread.

It's interesting, but when I introduced myself, a lot of south east US members welcomed me. I just assumed a lot of them read the various threads avidly. I might link to this thread from my intro thread.

I'm up for a meet anytime in the latter half of next month. Client engagements across Asia have me booked solid for the next 4-5 weeks but I'll probably be down in FL in late Jan for a high school reunion.

It's good to see some interest.

Let's see how many people are interested and what everyone's schedule is like. Then we can figure out a location and a date.

I too live nearby in Greenville about 150miles from Atlanta. Whats the venue and date? I have a very strict work schedule for Jan.

One suggession from me, How abt a visit to the BMW factory at Spartanburg? IF we can plan that for a Friday, that would be great.

I've been there twice. While the Zentrum's quite nice, it's probably not the venue to have a meet.

When you say "South East", that's quite a broad area... Which part of the south-east are you talking about?

I'm in North FL, by the way. And am quite open to driving further north to meet up. It's been like 6+ months since my last T-bhp meet/drive in the US.
