We need a majorly VFM venue in South Delhi. 4S was super but may be a little cramped if all listed land up.

Shashank, any suggestions? Ankush has suggested Pebble Street & that's a decent option as well if we have nothing else lined up.

Pebble Street can be loud. Nothing can possibly be heard unless the speaker doesnt mind a sore throat the next day.

Not too sure bout this friday but will pull all strings and try to come.

In case if 4S in G.K.-2 suits you then they have 50% off on all special beverages till 10:30 pm which i can get extended till 12 to 12:30. They don't do package but i am sure i can talk them into a discount on food also..

Not sure about attending the meet but my suggestion for the Venue is Spins.
Some of the members have been there and really liked the place.
Its located in GK2 ,is earthquake proof (we have tested it)

and it can easily accommodate 15-20 people plus the rates are quite reasonable.
I believe they also have package deals.

Just my 2 cents.

Well, as D-day is approching we need to finalize the venue on priority so as people can plan up their routes and schedules.

Suggestions for venues so far
4S - Defense Colony - Tried and tested one, had an earlier tbhp meet.
4S - GK2 - Chances of good discounts, courtesy The_Warrior
Pebble St. - Been there many times, gernally loud one but somehow as an IPL match is scheduled on friday so chances are they might be airing the match.
Flames, GK1 - Good Old One TBHP FAV Venue

or else as suggested by warrior, lets do it at 4S, GK2. We do not have much time now..

If Pebble Street is going to be beaming IPL, lets avoid. I've been spending the past month on IPL every evening & would like to spend this evening indulging in some healthy chit-chat. NO CRICKET !!!!

This sounds very interesting - I know the GK2 is not as cramped as the Def Col one & should suit us fine. I guess their rates would be the same as the Def Col one in which case this would be the cheapest option

Someone needs to check out the rates vis a vis 4S - if Spinz is cheaper, so be it!

I don't mind any place so long it is devoid of ear splitting, non-understandable, laryngitis prone music and the Modi-Tharoor saga a.k.a IPL. No distraction acceptable, except in the form of 37 - 24 - 37. Even 36 - 24 - 36 or 34 - 24 - 34 will also do.

Aaw shucks, any form so long the first and middle number conform to worldwide statistics - read Megan Fox.

+1 to that. I hope the mods do not object to such a fine line of discussion for the evening. But Guru 37-24-37 might not be the exact load bearing stats but lets keep it open for a healthy discussion that day.
