Just like greenhorn....I am in for any date myself. And I have no time constraints either.
Any T-BHP meet first week of FEB.
I will be at BBSR on 4th of FEB.

The exact place I was going to suggest, but any CCD in Bhubaneswar will get crowded after about 5PM.
The CCD in front of Ram Mandir is also another spot worth considering.
So finally something cooking up ? Hope you guys have a gr8 meet. Not been to BBSR for almost 3 years. Wondering what all could be possible meeting points.
Try out Appetite near Bani Vihar / Sahidnagar (near that shopping complex / Reliance showroom).
CCD, RamMandir always remains crowded.

the CCD near XIMB should have ample parking + food opportunities. ( was thinking of some place further, but i guess this is as good as it gets)
We meet on 4th as others have suggested. Is 7ish in the evening a good time?
