long time awaited delhi/ncr meet on 12th june

its been long that delhi/ncr bhpians came around for a good time.

What about 12th june at 7:00 pm at route04???

Seems like I am gonna miss this meet if it happens on 12th June.

I am off to Manali this Friday and wont be back until Wednesday, 16th June.

How about a a week's notice period or two. That should do the trick, though I am OK with the 12th too.

I was more than certain that I would make it this time. But as fate would have it, one of my uncles informed me yesterday that he would be arriving in Delhi this Saturday.

Harish, Delhi team is usually tied up in work and home on staurdays. Do plan something with 15 days in-advance and you can feel Delhi team madness.

@ harishnayak: The one date you propose a meet which suits my time (Sunday evening), and I'm travelling. I miss most of the other meets only because they're on weekdays, and that's work time for me.

Is that fair?

Edit: Oops, my bad - 12th is a Saturday... Can't you propose a Sunday afternoon / evening meet on 27th or subsequent Sundays?

I agree with you. This was just a proposal , i'm sure we can agree on a date depending on everyones availability.

hehe , I've seen the madness once in a MEAT which i initiated about a year back at route04. I think we can postpone as suggested earlier by me

I am in even if it's happening this Saturday.

However we can keep it for next Sunday, early morning (so that a good cool drive/ride can be enjoyed). Too far off a date can again be a spoil-sport as most will not be able to commit so much in advance like 15 days or so. However this is just my opinion.

And apart from the dates, are there any options for the venues? One was as suggested by harish, any other options? One suggestion from my side is if we can plan a drive to Neemrana & also have breakfast at some dhaba on the way.
