Take a appointment with the Pandit Autos @ Bhosari (Langewadi) . The workshop is real good unlike the TATA's . I have been there recently due to the same problem (not available appointments) , found the workshop to be real good , still need to post the review though on Team-BHP.

The guys are just too good to be called as TASS . :D

OK, ill try to be as detailed with the meet as possible.

We met at Hotel Sheetal, there were around 25-30 odd BHPians that turned out for this meet. There were also some non BHPians (or lets say future BHPians) at the meet. After some lovely breakfast, we headed for a non official photoshoot. Some lovely photographs out there people.

At the meet, we did discuss that we should meet more often (every 2nd or 3rd Sunday). The next meet / drive will be to Lavasa OR Mulshi. The date is finalised to the 13th of March (Sunday).

Now, Pune BHPians, please start putting suggestions for places worth a drive (half a day meet). For all those who can make it, tentative or final, please cast your vote.
For those who cant, I would request you to be specific, as we would be planning a luch post the drive and it would be better to get a correct headcount.

All in all, it was a great meet (my first) and great to meet fellow Petro /Diesel heads.

Sidindica- it was great of you to drop by to the meet.

Anvancy - thanks for being the official photographer of the meet. (More thanks for the Laura photoshoot). Please post all the photos.

Reinhard - If your car is due for servicing that week, then we can club together in my car.

All - Thanks for coming and making the meet a great success.

AP, thanks to Indian Railways, you could not make it, but we hope to meet you in the next meet.

The person who was missed the most was AP and his Bajaj RE. How we all wish all folks in Baramati had the muscle to get the railways to run faster and get the train all the way to Kothrud....

Ok All,
With technically 2 weeks left for the next meet, i suggest we can have Lavasa as an option over Mulshi because i have been to Mulshi and it is a great location if you go there only in Monsoons..Now it will be getting real dry..so if we are planning for a photoshoot..it may not be as scenic as our official photographer would like it to be...:D
Besides the twisties of Lavasa are better than the roads in Mulshi...Ahh yes but if the offroaders in our group wanna practice their skills Mulshi takes the cake
So let the debate begin (And end soon as welllol:)

• Prepare a plan for the next meet
• Drive back Home
• Get online and post updates of the meet .

If we are having/planning 'Lunch' en route I think the place (hotel ) needs to be fixed & an order needs to be placed with the owner If number goes beyond 15 . For this a reci is required ( remember its Sunday )

I am also comfortable with the ' home made Dabba ' if needed :D

We have done Lavasa a million times. Plus, entering the location with a huge convoy might be a problem. How about doing a nice round trip:

Pune - Mulshi - Amby Valley - Lonavala - Big Wheels Motoring Cafe (Lunch) - Pune

Second the thought, while my chances of joining the drive are bleak, Lavasa pours water on whatever fire that remains!!

I think I should be able to make it atleast this time around.Anyway,as mentioned by MF above, have done Lavasa a zillion times so my vote goes to what MF suggested but am fine with whatever the majority decides.
