For my son, more than permission (which I was sure would not be an issue!) I was checking if there would be someone else he could mingle with. Though I am not really sure if they mingle so soon at that age :)

My atttendance for the drive meet is not confirmed. But if i do make a last minute entry would also be getting my son along who is 5 years old. I have no option this time. He has been asking my wife, where does dad go absconding once a month on a weekend the whole morning? :D

No problems. Till the schools are closed my son might be joining the drive meets too . Yours will be able to manage half a day easily, with us +you . ( without mom being around ) .
Not a big Issue , I will drive the school bus :) any one else needs this help ?

Hey Sandip, my workplace is more towards Sun n Sand than Vohuman, but near enough to smell the bun muska and chai! Sure, lets meet up. I work 9 to 5 these days, I will pm you my number; I am unable to get onto tbhp as often as I did till last month. While we are at it, we might want to consider Shiv Kailash for a good lassi too; anyone else who can make it on
a weekday?

Thanks Swanand, will bring my son nevertheless. Though an early start would probably see him sleeping in the car. Unfortunately his car seat has not arrived yet, so will have to figure out a way to get him into the seat belt. I will bring the Nano unless something I am working on this week takes concrete (or should I say metal?) shape and then I could bring my own car; fingers crossed!!

that would be fun! do you stay somewhere off Paud road? I stay near Kothrud depot as of now.

We stay close by but travel in opposite directions for work. :) I stay in Shivtirth Nagar.

Ojas, there are about 5 of us who stay in the vicinity and travel to H'wadi everyday! Well, since most of us work 5 days a week, you have a different car evry single day if you need to hitchhike :D

I am interested in joining for the Mulshi recce, do let me know what timings you intend to leave/ return. Would you mirror the times as expected on the day of the meet?

3) Lunch options ( veg / non veg ) menus & type ( buffet etc )
4) requirement of prior order ( for 25 people : 3x8= 24 minimum ) Including some idea of menu & OR cash advance for booking etc .
5) parking space ( for 10/15 cars )
6) toilets & things like that for ladies & kids
7) any other form of entertainment available & facilities ( overall )
8) Other restrictions etc .
9) maximum number allowed & group concessions etc ( costing part )
