I was considering Collinite until about a week ago but after reading this read and asking so many questions, paint sealants are the way to go.
Just picked up a Sonax Car Polish from Shell and now hunting for a Clay Bar.

I am getting frustrated a trying to buy a Meguiar's Clay Bar online. Nobody ships to India and auto geek and autopia need a minimum order of $100. Plus I am not sure about the duties. What is a good International Store to buy Clay? Did anybody succeed in buying the Jopasu Clay Bar?
I normally use Amway car wash mixed with water as lubricant while using clay bar. After using clay bar i just wipe the residual soap solution on car panels with MF cloth then Apply collinite over it.
Now do i need to wash with water after using clay bar to remove the shampoo solution completely? Does applying wax over residual soap sticking to paint will have any long term effect?

I am not sure whether you need to wash the car after Clay, probably others can answer that better here. IMPO, I would stay away from using any Amway products on my car.

Amway carwash is really good, I was using that 3 years ago. Even Amway's Silicon polish was very good in eliminating minute swirls to an extent. Now I am not getting Amway car was and hence not using.
As "Wall-e" mentioned that he is using Amway carwash in solution as lubricant only. We can use even human shampoo mixed in water as a lubricant for claying and nothing much difference will be there.
@Wall-e, You can rinse the car just for your satisfaction after claying.

Using Amway shampoo diluted as a clay bar lubricant is absolutely fine.
If it is diluted well (1:10 or more), there is no need to wash it again. Just wipe the car properly with a microfiber towel.
Wait for some time for the car to dry before applying Colinite.

Car shampoo's have cleansing properties and may be caustic hence they need to used cleared off completely with water before you proceed to the next step. Using them as clay lubricant will make the surface more slicky, thus the clay would not be able to remove embedded contaminants. Ideally use a clay lube or quick detailer.
A lot of people do wash their cars with pre-wax cleaners post cleaning but unless you intend to get your car in a detailing competition its not really required.

I have used ONR as well as car shampoo diluted for clay lubricants. And as per my experience both works well.
Isnt quick detailers also supposed to make the surface slick?
Buying separate clay lubricants is a waste of money...particularly at a time when usefulness of claying itself is being debated

I agree buying claying lube isn't a VFM proposition. Ideally if you use ONR its can double up as a claying lube, but the gentleman was asking about shampoo as a lube. Since you've used shampoo as well as ONR you'd know which is better of the two. IMO, since shampoo may not always be ph balanced I would stay away from using them as lubes.
I would just use Meg's QD as it costs 300 bucks and does an amazing job.
ONR QD would be good but expensive.
Guys, I have this Jopasu MF cloths 3 pack. I use them on my car for cleaning. I expected them to be super absorbent but they are not. Are there two types of Microfiber cloths where once are and the others which are not? I see all these water magnet ads are they of different type of MF cloth? After washing my car if I use them for drying and still see them leaving out water on the car in one/two passes. These are new once so not a question of them being unusable after use.

I think ONR is a safer bet as it is supposed to be used as clay lubricant. Good car shampoos like Amway is also safe I think but nowadays I use ONR

ONR is the most VFM QD as it is used diluted 1:16 or 1:25

I will suggest you to get a chamois though I think opinion is divided on the usefulness of the same. My experience with chamois has been good for drying the car after washing.

Depends on your definition and expectation of "super-absorbant",
I have one of the Jopasu cloths: it came in a gift set, so it was an extra bonus when buying the duster. It is not as big as my mf towels from UK, but it does absorb more water. It impresses me enough that, one day, I'll get the 3-cloth pack that you have.
However, I do not use MF cloth to dry down a
fully-wet car. I use a silicon-blade squeegee to remove excess water before drying with MF.
