For Hyundai this global link exists. Here you can register for free and punch in the VIN of your car for all manuals for that car.

Asked for the service manual, clearly emphasising on the word again and again when I left my Ford Fiesta for service. They billed an owner's manual along with it and claimed that I asked for it. What's worse? they told me - items once billed cannot be removed from the bill and hence I had to pay for that stupid stuff again

Chennai Ford guys claim that there is no such service manual that exists at all. Just wasted time, money and energy at the service centre!
