With an ABS equipped vehicle, the brakes/wheels are not supposed to be locked like that, isn't it?
Its an interesting observation and a lot of us were quite amused by that. Its actually a goof up in the documentary. Just came across the following video today in which the same clip appears where the wheels lock up. Its actually part of the what-happens-with-no-ABS demonstration. Immediately after that clip, there is a clip of the with-ABS stopping where the wheels don't lock up.

Thanks a lot for sharing. This is one simple and effective demonstration video for ABS.

They had all these wonderful demo videos recorded, but still signed off in a wrong style :(

Thanks for pointing it out. I was actually heartbroken after watching that program on TV with the wheels locking up. Infact, this YouTube video with XUV5OO at center has instilled confidence in the vehicle.
