Okay, release bearing could be another suspect too.
As per my experience, I don't think a bad cylinder (master/slave) will make noise even if faulty. And clutch plate, I understand that they may not cover under warranty, but cylinder? If faulty, it should be replaced under warranty.

My 66K run Jazz started squeaking when I depress the clutch pedal. The sound was so irritating, that I couldn't manage it for a couple of days. Took it to my FNG. A dash of WD-40 and some lubrication to the clutch spring in the inner side and into the cable at the engine bay solved the squeaking. Hope it stays there and the squeaking sound doesn't comeback. Meanwhile my mechanic had a test drive and confirmed no issues with the clutch plate and the assembly.

This is how it sounded from the engine bay.
