Anyways, hope things are moving in consumer court and other actions. It may test your patience but don't give up.

Witnessed one blue coloured captiva caught fire in Delhi, Rohini Sector 13 just now. I wasn't able to click close picture but somehow managed to click this pic. There were no passengers inside. I think the owner and passengers left the car as-is in burning stage. Lots of crowd blocking the road on the other side.

I came across this horrifying thread & I could feel chills down my spine imagining myself in your seat, Ranjan.

It's been so many years since the incident happened.
If you don't mind, would you share the developments on your case (in case you filed it legally against GM) or was it resolved.

I hope all is well by now.
