^These are the one's Iv used and found worthy.

I simply use Amway car shampoo and silicon glaze to retain the shine of my cars. Silicon glaze is an amazing product and pocket friendly.
Turtle wax is also good but needs lot of patience and hard work. But silicon glaze is very easy and at least same result.
When i brought these things together from my friend(Amway product so you need distributor) i got car perfume free :). Car shampoo bottle last for atleast one year as it is sufficient to give 100 washes.

I recommend to try once. Many people use it I guess in this forum.

I also use See spray from the same stable for cleaning glass things and it is excellent
One more product is there Leather vinyl cleaner. Can be used for Leather seats and cleaning dash board. OK product. More good for seats as it easily removes pen and mud stains.

Along with that do vacuum cleaning every 15 days.

What is the best way to keep tyres shining like new.

I got a Can of tyre Foam,it does the job well.

Are there any side effects of using tyre foam on sidewalls?

hi,one query. my vehicle is parked most of the day in an industrial area. paint spray/primer spray gets on the car lets say one in a while. i can live with the paint on the car but on the windsheild it eats away the wipers. is any there any solution for paint spray on windsheild? someone recommended polish paper > 2000no soaked in water, someone suggested razor blade scraping. i am sceptical of these things. is there any safe solvent to use on windsheild glass?

Since windshield is made of glass - you can use a piece of cloth soaked in Acetone to remove the paints. IMO it will not harm the windshield.

My, my!! Don't even try these. Use thinner and cotton wool. Be very careful about not touching the paint surface. Thinner will eat up paint.

is thinner damage the windshield? i tried iso propyl alcohol once and it sort of dried up the windshield..ie the wiper blades were not moving smoothly(shuddering) on the windshield. i had to then use large amounts of soapy water on the glass to nullify that effect. u sure about thinner ? how does one remove the residue or does it evaporate? is it safe on plastic/glass that lines the glass or should i be very careful?

Yesterday for washing my car I used the mop cloth.
This is the dirty white one with a red bar design on it. Its available at most stores for around 10 bucks.
Very very good as its made of cotton and has a very rough design.
Picks up all the dirt and does not rub it back into the paint.

Safe on glass but not on plastic. Yes, you need to be really careful.

The key to keep tyres shining is to clean them once a while and then polish them, the best way you can clean them is using a scrubber and soapy water....let your tyres to dry and then polish them... I've tried reneu tyre polish - it's good, keeps the matt black finish in chandigarh's roads for a week or so...

I seriously advise you should not use this. It's texture is very rough, and it will remove the gloss from your finish within a couple of weeks, for good.
Use a soft flannel, commonly available, yellow in color. This is the best, though it may not last long, it is the safest for retaining the gloss.
