Mostly Brakes India aka TVS, or KBX aka Kalyani Brakes and Bosch.
From my limited experience, MGP brake pads are the safest bet if you don't want to experiment. They are average I'd say and suffices for day to day usage.

Took the plunge, got myself new rotors-MGP and Tvs Apache "Super" brake pads, also purchased rear liners from tvs girling. Had a lengthy talk with their regional manager and he sounded very knowledgeable.
Got both at the price i would have paid for only front MGP disk pads.
I replaced rear liners by myself and i must say it was a task to pull those three springs:Frustrati
Probably will replace the front disks and pads this coming sunday.
Thanks to dr. naren and of-course sashi
Hi Leoshashi,
Warning: This request might be really silly.
Could you please throw some light if the Original Maruti Logo is available for MG413W. Most people I inquired have only the Suzuki Logo.
Model Name- Gypsy King MPFI - 2000
Variant- N/A
Part Required - The Maruti Logo on the front Grille.

Definitely not a silly request bro. I appreciate it when someone is particular about their car.
The part number of the Original winged Maruti logo:
77811M70F00
Its shared with M800 type 2(September 1997 to Jan 2003), so finding them shouldn't be an issue. Do note that emblems of M800 type 2 from Jan 03 onwards were a bit different(size wise).

The EPS motor in my Swift 2005 ZXI packed up. It seems to be taking time finding the replacement. How much will it cost?

The EPS motor is integrated with the Steering box and doesn't come separately. The whole box will cost you approximately 27-28k.
My advice: Get a steering box from the scrap and swap the motor. They might also sell you separate motor.

Shashi
Edit: Also make sure the mechanic doesn't dismantle the torque sensor.
Hi Shashi,
Kindly share details for the below:
Vehicle: Baleno (2004 oct)

I purchased a Ciaz headlight assembly few months back for a friend from Amco Spares in Navi Mumbai and got it fitted at a local workshop in Vashi. They are an authorised MGP seller. Sharing the details here so other Bhpians can get in touch.

Could you please get me the pricing details please.
Ball Joint
Tie Rod End
Edit:
I think it is called as Tie Rod and not Ball Joint.
So it is Tie Rod & Tie Rod End.

Most likely Subros aftermarket will have compressors for Baleno. You can save money there. |
Thanks for the Subros suggestion, Sashi. :thumbs up
I called them up regarding AC compressor availability and the guy said the Baleno sedan came with 2 different compressors, with slightly differing part numbers. Any idea about this and the respective part numbers ? Also can we know which one is one our Baleno going by the year of manufacture ? Thanks!!!
