Has anybody mentioned the Ford Mustang GT 350 H v8? (i think thats the model i heard on top gear)

Ah, you told me Darth Vader, but I heard this from elsewhere. MY cousin, when the Noble came to Mumbai, before DC tried his tricks on it. I'll try and see if I can get a link to the sound byte from him...

Tata Indica diesel with cracked silencer.
Can wake up the entire city, can destroy windowpanes and also has lots of carbon dust spewing out for the extra effect. Beat that you supercar guys :D

The Dodge Charger R/T. I had seen(and heard) one outside NCL in Pune. It was going in the opposite direction. But for the short while I heard it, it was pure heaven. The guttural growl of the old V8 is intoxicating.

I agree with the Premier Padmini - the exhaust note was pretty good for such a car!
Used to stand in the closed garage while my dad warmed up the Fiat - the sound was intoxicating, as were the petrol fumes...

the engine scream from the prancing horses is just magnificent
not sore if this can go in here... just heard the HPI Savage RC truck. Man that little nitro engine is LOUD!!! it develops 2.9 BHP and is just awsome... downloaded a couple of RC videos. the car doing 110 MPH too had a great exhaust note.
Any rotary powered car. Even the old Cosmo Sport. Or the 787b, but that sounds a little throatier than normal. RX-7 definetly (sp?) the favourite, though.
