The colours wont stick for sure but you would surely end up with a brown car nomatter what original colour was, with the dust that would stick on the car.
You could probably then tell all the kids in your area to get all the pichkari they can get their hands on. Cause you would need them to get the muck off the car. Happy Holi!!
