Petrol and as i said earlier, my brief with OE tyres on my own diesel swift didnt show any pull. I was with my usual faster run in mode and apart from squealing on turns didnt have much torque steer to report.

Did you get the alignment done through independent specialist guy?

Since my complain for this i was called and they rerotated the tyre and checked the alignment but they never prepared a job card... now i doubt if they have fiddled with something more in the car... my steering seems to be stiff then before. It was real smooth and not stiff to move.... I will have to tell them even this now...
Lets see.... first thing alignment from third party.

Thats quite cheap. Does that mean no balancing done ?

And don't worry on the warranty. It will remain as it is.

Are alignment and balancing 2 different things? If yes then you are right no balancing done. Just alignment. Most of my colleagues told me that alignment charges are somewhere between 150-300....

Yep, alignment and balancing are different. But if your problem is solved without balancing, then so be it. Update us tomorrow.
