I had a similar problem, with only the left side front window getting misty with the AC on. I realised, most of my friends who sit in the passenger seat, tend to move the vents towards the window so as to not blow the cold air straight onto their body. I just point the vents in and downwards and the problem gets solved.

@YVES since the leak is in the high pressure side(drier area) which sees approx 250-300psig pressure, I don't think araldite will work.

could you post a pic so that we can see if something can work?

Aluminium welding is possible but that used to be done on old cars' which had aluminium coils +fins ; not on the latest ones which have cast units
