Well if this engine is licienced from fiat and fiat has control over the specs then the turbos on all cars has to be the same.

Off topic:I saw a swift engine removed from the car the other day at a A.S.S. and the turbo looked really really small.and i mean really small.just slightly larger than an average male fist.was really surprised how these small wonders creat such a huge amount of change in the car's characteristics.

No they are not same. they are not a part of the standard engine.
