yes but dry ice will be as an insulatin..it will not come in contact with thwe air sucked in.
like a packing of dry ice will be given to the induction pipe

ya it will not be inside the filter or in the path of air flow, it would just be AROUND the filter or air intake, ie, outside and not causing any restriction to the air flow.

hi i have a ford fiesta 1.6 petrol , im planning to install FIPK filters ,
can u please tell me which is the best kind of filters that i can install to my car ,
i have no issues with FE , i compromise it , all i need is performance ,.
