I'm attaching a photo taken of the underbody under the engine.

I can notice a bend on the marked place(red box), please let me know what you guys think.

Another point I would like to add, is that after the underbody scrape, there was a fuel leak from the fuel pipe which goes to the engine. I had got that replaced.

Thanks a lot lohithrao, has he done any similar work for your OHC. I'll call him tomorrow morning.

Don't use your car too much as of now.Just get the bend removed from a COMPETENT MECHANIC/TINKERER. This should solve your issue.
He'll just open the crankcase. Make sure you collect the oil(if it's been recently replaced) before he opens it .
Better get an oil change after this.

Thanks lohithrao and sushrata,

I did contact Nagraj and when to his workshop today morning. When i started of from my apartment, the engine was making the same noise. After driving for 4km, when i reached Koramangala, surprisingly the noise wasn't there anymore.

I did stop and check under the hood to make sure, and the sound was really no longer there. I still went to the workshop, and met Nagraj and he checked everything, test drove-it and said everything was all good. He even checked under-body, and the crankcase was bend(the same picture in my earlier post), but he told me that it was OK.

He even showed me my fuel tank having a bend, and that I need to replace my rear shocks immediately. The same advice which cost me good money from Honda A.S.S.

Thanks a ton lohithrao, his advice did give me a great piece of mind though.

But still the mystery is why the engine oil level is on high.

If you check the engine oil level while the engine is running, it will be lower than when the engine has been turned off. Simple reason, the oil is circulating in the engine when it's running, meaning less oil in the oil sump. That is what you might have gone through.

Hi Sushruta,
Well as I told earlier, the sound just went, after driving for a few kms to the workshop. Still don't know what the real issue was.

Will post it if I ever come to know.

Thanks anyways.
