The Baby Q is back after general service, selected panel repaints and interior detailing. Niggles remain with a muted horn (will troubleshoot fuse / vacuum chamber / connection), and LHD headlamp fogging due to it being repaired at some point in time. Possible upgrades are a Quantum Tuning remap

Drives extremely 'tightly' and sails over patches of road which I would cringe in the 'other' 3. Will draw up a ownership thread once we run it for some time.

Congratulations @itwasntme! A car that perfectly complements your 3 series. Place some nimbu + mirchi thing, it would be hard to walk by without giving an envious look :-) Who gets the credit for such a clean and tidy place?

Thank you, androdev. Cleaning lady has been strenuously coached to clean the same, and I try to rearrange the garage odds-and-ends around to keep it tidy. Recently, a smart aleck neighbour commented in passing that our garage is better lit than the front door itself; needless to say had to upgrade the door lights overnight

One unusual thing about this Q3 Quattro Premium is the weird tyre size of 235/55/17. Apart from Vredestein Ultrac Vorti (~12K) & which itself is newish on the market), the only other alternatives are Pirelli P7 Cinturato (~14K) & Apollo Aspire (~10K).

No immediate need for replacement but just thinking ahead. Currently, the Q has 2 x Cinturatos (~2019) & 2 x Scorpion Verdes (~2021).

Unfortunately, not at all possible as globally, BMW does not offer such an upgrade path. Specifically, I feel particularly shortchanged as BMW India thought it fit to provide an ancient and rudimentary version of iD6 in the G20 Sport variant.

iD6 is not necessarily so ancient; in fact the versions on the F30 GT (6WB cluster) were a lovely marriage of analog and digital WITH Android Auto & Apple CarPlay thrown in. Check some of the later F30 GT reviews (especially graaja's one).

I am certainly not a fan of all digital iD7 or iD8 - I like touchy feely.

iDrive 6 and thus the F30 never got Android auto. It only had carplay and screen mirroring
