Vipul, I'm finding my Laura has pretty good ICE. Compared to what I had in my previous car, I'm really pleased, but this is just my opinion.

This ICE has 3 band Equ, where you can change the settings per your taste.
touch the button above Menue, which has a music symbol, you will see equ menue, use station buttons to select which tone you want to change, and then use volume knob to select level.
You can also adjust volume to change to a preset volume when you put reverse gear, this I fuond kind of cool!

Did you get Hertz? Any details on this?
Can some one help me with pricing for the Hertz and where in Bangalore I can get it?

how different is the interior on a Laura Ambiente to that of a Laura L&K?

is the cool gadgetry on the drivers seat in the L&K available in the Ambiente as well?
The console looks different?

From what I know the leather upholstery is not available in the Ambiente.

What all does the Ambiente miss out on as compared to the L&K in terms of interiors?

Not sure about ambiente, but here is the list for Elegance and L&K. Others can add for Ambiente.

1. Full leather (good to have) part leather also looks good.
2. Front parking sensors (very good to have - while parking in basements with tons of pillars)
3. Electric seats with memory (Very useful)
4. Sunroof (Initially thought no big deal - but my family loves it)
5. Electronic Stability Control (yet to see what it does :-)
6. Xenon (Initially thought no big deal - but car looks awesome!!!)
7. Steering audio controls (Very good to have - addicted now)
8. 6-CD MP3 player (Very good)
9. AUX-IN (Very good)
10. 6 airbags as against 4 (Very good)
11. I wanted black color which is not there in elegance.
