It surely look amazing in the flesh and has a superb road presence. I was wanting to take a detailed look during our last meet but, you know how crazy it was, it just slipped out of my mind. Hope to do it next time we meet.

Btw, Look forward to a detailed trips after you return from your Kanha trip. Now dont you forget to carry your camera

Cheers,
Thanks, I have been looking forward to Kanha for a long time now, and bonus is taking the car out for a Loooooong drive. Thanks to Ravendra, I will wait for the Engine Run-in, and keep all his tips in mind on the drive. Over this trip i will surely finish the run-in and also get a fair idea about Mileage etc. etc. Guess what, the camera was the second thing I packed after the tool kit.

Avi, next meet you can check out the car, the drive meet I meant .

I suggest you to read this survival guide then!

Since you mentioned it, let's have some pics of the Linea with some wild animals at Kanha! Let's see if our jungle friends also admire this beauty!

Insurance?

downsouth,

I was wondering what auto insurance you have taken.

My dealer has given me quote of 20,291 (Future generali Insurance). They seem to be new company, should i go with them?

Any idea what other dealers in the country are offering?

Neotraveller, I am sorry was out of town just logged on to the forum, I suggest you go with Bajaj Allianz, they seem to have a tie-up with Tata motors and serve better. Also you can negotiate with them directly and also you can get your own insurance, you can carry over you No Claim bonus from your previous car. I got mine done with Bajaj Allianz for 16741/-

Nice to have you back. Now be a good boy and post about your drive experience in the Linea! (and loads of Pictures too!). I hope the scratches are not prominent.

Good to know even the Langurs liked the car! after all, it boils down to evolution. We just climbed in your car during the drive & not on it! LOL

Awaiting details on KMs covered, FE, Handling, Max Speed, etc!

Yes. I am also amazed at the amount of negotiations that can be done with insurance compnay. Tata AIG was asking premium of 20299.
ICICI Lombard 17600 For IDV of 656000,
while Bajaj Allianz has given me 14700 & IDV of 692000 Rs ( 100% value) for petrol e+ linea.
Going with Bajaj as it is giving best rate

I hope my review was useful look up other ownership reviews on the forum, its a great car. There are those small problems which come with most if not all cars, nevertheless you can buy a Linea.

There is one scratch on bonnet, I really dont mind 4 legged animals doing it, than the two legged ones. I will get to the report, as soon as I am out of office. Right now stuck with pending work, lots to cover too...could not get too many pictures of the Linea dues to all the dust on the car.
