Gansan,

He got some package deal at the time of buying the car which included a free oil/oil filter change at the first service and discounts on the second service.

A few dealers in BLR have also started this to woo customers giving as much as a 20% discount on labor from the 4'th service onwards.

Ontheroad,

Congrats on your new Alto. I'm an Alto owner myself (LXI, May 2008, 19,800 kms) and I recently did drove from Goa to Pondicherry (I'm posted my travelogue eslewhere on this forum) and back on the Alto (over 2000-km drive). It was an excellent drive and the Alto was reliable, rocky steady and did not let me down in any way. Besides, I got an overall fuel economy of 21.3 kmpl.

Even I have similar humble Boston setup, and it does play really well.

I have the same HU, it has bluetooth symbol on the display.
Manual doesn't speak anything about this, any idea about this?

@ Ontheroad

Welcome to Alto club. Nice colour!

Did you change the trim in the luggage area? (Behind the speaker enclosures). My Alto has moulded plastic in luggage area.

The rear speakers were fitted very neatly.
Seems the plastics are still there in the front seat? It may attract bad smell inside
the car.
A nice car indeed - enjoy driving !
Cheers
