Mr Leather & 3M are both used for cleaning. Mr Leather is around 200-250, and 3M is Rs 250.

Congrats, Ovion leather seat looks great. I was thinking about Stanley. Let me check whether its available in Kerala. And, the price too is affordable. Did you got any problems with the fonts in the numberplates?

I had given my Car to Malik Cars here in Hyd for my Second Free Service, and to be honest i'm neither satisfied nor dissatisfied. I just feel they are missing that extra little effort and service. They replaced the left rear lock under warranty. The left rear door wouldn't open from the outside. They also replaced the brake pads (I think they ripped me off, but for 1800 i wasn't too bothered). I had recently K&N Filtered my Punto, so an air filter was off their to do list. Fortunately they had Pollen filter in stock. I don't know if wheel alignment and wheel balancing comes under free service, but Malik Cars charged me Rs 600 for it.

Washing & Vaccuming done by Malik Cars was far better than Mahavir Motors (Skoda) and Lakshmi Motors (Hyundai). Our Skoda would always come back half cleaned when ever we gave it for servicing.

This is the Cost summary of my second free service...

1. FIAT SYNTHETIC OIL 5W40 (LOOSE) 3.3 Lt - Rs 1,371.88
2. OIL FILTER DSL - Rs 296.94
3. FUEL FILTER WITHOUT SENSOR DSL - Rs 751.96
4. A/C POLLEN FILTER - Rs 221.83
5. COOLANT 1L SYNTHETIC - Rs 240.17
6. BRAKE PAD SET - Rs 1,877.73
7. ELCTRIC LOCK RR LT Warranty (1,221.83) - Rs 0.00
8. FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT, CHECK PAID 350.00 AND ADJUST
9. BALANCE WHEEL (WHEEL PAID 240.00 REMOVED) EACH
10 REPLACE BRAKE PAD (PAID) FREESERVICE

Final Parts Invoice Amount : 5,465.80
Final Labour Invoice Amount : 650.77
GRAND TOTAL : 6,116.57

Sish! its costly to maintain a Punto or where you taken for a nice ride?

What's you odo ? Why did they have to replace the brake pads?

And 1371 Rs for 3.3L of synthetic ?

Didn't know Punto had pollen filter. Good

This was for my second free service (15000 KM)!

This was taken in Pulivendula (YSR's Home Town).

We touched 170-180 KMPH on the Hyderbad - Kurnool Expressway (NH-7), and the punto was really stable during that stretch. BTW the Hyderbad - Kurnool Expressway is an amazing stretch of 200 KM six lane road. Has 3 Tolls and is really well maintained by L&T, GMR & KMC.

I reached Kurnool (200 KM from Hyd ORR) in an hour and a half.

Exactly, the brakes pads change at 15K seems a little too tough to digest on any car unless there is an issue. but I think this is the second such case reported on the forum.

Did you get a chance to see the condition of the brake pads to get an idea of wear and tear.

1. FIAT SYNTHETIC OIL 5W40 (LOOSE) 3.3 Lt - Rs 1,371.88 - Selenia 5W-40 costs Rs. 650/- a litre here in Delhi and other members have also reported similar numbers across India. I'm sure there isn't such a big difference. Check which engine oil did they use?
5. COOLANT 1L SYNTHETIC - Rs 240.17 - Why did you need to top-up the coolant? And if they did use 1 litre, you must have been running your car with the coolant level well below the Minimum prescrined level? Point to check why was the coolant consumption so high this early in the car's life.
8. FRONT WHEEL ALIGNMENT, CHECK PAID 350.00 AND ADJUST - Alignment is covered under free service. You should ask TASS to refund the money.

Final Parts Invoice Amount : 5,465.80
Final Labour Invoice Amount : 650.77 - Where did the labour charges come into the picture? This is supposed to be a free service which includes all labour charges.
GRAND TOTAL : 6,116.57
See my reply in bold text above.

Can you share some information on the speaker upgrade?
How is the sound at higher volumes with the JBL's?
Did you replace the front speakers as well?

and finally one last question Any suggestions on where I can get quality stuff done in HYD? I have Sprocket(D K Road) and Elegant(Jubilee Hills) in mind.
