The smoked tail lights look good, but somehow, the idea of Xenon Headlamps and Smoked Tail lamps don't gel with the character of a W124. Just my opinion

Hi Repsol,

I know what you mean well the option to fix back the original grill, headlamps & Tails are always available. And will not take more than an hour to do that. I wanted to do the mods to see how it will come out! Its better to try than never try right? Also will be a change from the regular!

Hi Machdar,

The colour you have chosen is really good. Apart from that could you please put up some pics of the full car from both the sides, front, back ? Could give us a better idea of how it is looking.

Good thing everyone talked you out of the matt paint...

Also, you should consider giving us some zoomed out shots of the beauty ... to allow us to ogle her in her entirety...

Also, was the painting done over the door handles? Is that correct? Or am I missing something?Name: idea.gif

Hi Guys,

Little bot of painting still waiting to happen on the rear end as the mechanic's helper boy had rammed it into another car. So will be ready for the photoshoot over the weekend!

Darshan the car looks simply amazing.my favourite picture is the first one.
one small request, please fix the original grill with good chromium, this after market grill is killing the look.
also i liked the 15 inch 7 spoke original wheel more than the AMG.
i am giving you a honest opinion.

Wow, that was simply amazing! It was worth the wait though. Brilliant work indeed.

If you could provide the cost breakup, that would be really useful for W124 fans (including me). Thanks!

Thank You all! Nandish I have 15 inch original set of alloys so upgraded to the 16inch.

Hi Manu - the costs for just the seats, alloys, tyres, Hid kits, Music set up and mats is nearly 2 lacs.

I will post better pics soon!
