WOW! That is one amazing American Muscle. I love the Corvette series, especially the monstrous and sharp 647bhp ZR1. Definitely on my list to own one and as you rightly pointed out, tomorrow is not promised so get it and enjoy it! Congrats man! Im jealous!

You missed tacho's earlier post

Hey can you post some more interior pics? I want to see the seats, the dash, the steering wheel - the whole lot. Is it difficult to drive in heavy traffic?

$36,000 is brilliant. How much does a new one cost?

5th is tall but it is still necessary for any speed between 148 mph(where 4th runs out) and its top speed of 190 mph. 6th is just some super tall gas saver gear.

It's an easy car to drive thanks to its easy-to-modulate clutch and low-end torque.

My car, with its options, in 2008 had an ex-showroom price of 51.7k. A similar one in 2010 should cost about 3k more thanks to price increases. But if you buy right, you should easily get about 10-12% discounts off those prices from the dealer.

And here are some interior pics. I took the top off and enjoyed some open-air motoring the last couple of days, but didn't have the camera with me. Those pictures will be coming soon.

Clockwise from bottom-left: Coolant Temperature (Coolant or Oil, not sure. Didn't finish reading the manual yet), Oil Pressure, Battery Voltage, Fuel.
