Dear Bumble Beast, 18.5 I got on highway and that too in an 6 lane highway between Chd and Delhi. Yes you can also get it, just try to keep the RPM between 2k and 3k and also follow other driving procedures which results in better FE.
I believe you are getting 10 in city traffic that too in bumber to bumper? In city I am getting a liitle better FE around 11.5 - 12.5 (with AC on all the time)..
Again FE depends upon your driving style. so drive the way you enjoy it the most.....

Nice Pics there.

One suggestion is that try keeping the front wheels straight rather than keeping it turned to either ends. Not that it is being kept that way. Just a suggestion

Thanks for the much awaited pics; this sure is a beauty bro.

Hope I am right in noticing in these pics that the interior plastic quality has been significantly improved. What say agm? May I also request Punto 2009 owners to shed some light on this?

There's a good way to find out. I'm also curious about this.

Agm, could you take a pic of the ignition slot (the place where you put the key in)? It is partly seen in the seventh pic but not too clear. In the older Puntos there was a huge gap between the two pieces of plastic that surrounded this slot. It was one of the worst bits in the interior although, in Fiat's defence, it was in a place few would notice on a daily basis.

Thank bro , I did check with July 09 and Oct 09 model and i can say that their is a difference between the current and last years model, though i still feel there is a big room for improvement if we compare it with some other hatch like Polo and i20

I did check the ignition slot the time i read this post of your, and i dint find any gap between the ignition and the plastic surrounding it.But will take some pic and will upload it asap .

Till now expirence with this car has been really nice ,very happy with it. Although have hardly done 350Km ,So it would be early to say anything, will wait till 3k/first service and then will come up with my first review .

There is some unusual noise from the front left tire, which ill get it checked while first service.
