Now I'm clear that the work done on the rear wheel has added and the total cost has gone to 6044/-.

In my bill, you see a wheel cap mentioned. That is actually the plastic part inside the wheel arch and not the actual wheel cover/cap. The part costs Rs.246, but the labour for fixing it is Rs.300.

Wheel alignment and balancing is free. Only the weights added (?if any) should be charged. Get the refund from them for this

Wheel alignment is free and wheel balancing is charged. Atleast, that's what the SA told me. I will check the manual today evening and confirm this.

This is exactly what I was told too. They just use this to get some extra money, wish I had told them not to bother with it.

Ideally This should have been done FOC. I don't understand why Concorde motors has charged you for that. During my 3rd free service, I got a lot of small things like this fixed and it was done FOC, no questions asked !

One more thing. I dont see Wheel rotation done. Did you get it done outside? If not, then pls get it done. The heavy weight Diesel engine and the front wheel drive help to wear out the front tyres sooner.
I was charged Rs. 650 /- for Wheel rotation/alignment/balancing, during my 2nd free service (Which should not have been charged).

+1 to bad washing @ Dairy circle, Concorde. They even managed to pluck out one 'O' in 'EMOTION' badge while wiping. now its 'EMOTIN' . The SA has promised me to make an adjustment to fix it. No news from them since a month ! And I dont expect them to call back too.
