Just saw ths thread. Nice pics and writeup. Manufacturing of 2 Lac Laddus/day is quite astonishing. The process sure will be very impressive. Is there any automation done in manufcturing side? You see, my profession is manufacturing. Maybe I can adopt few of the techiniques. .

MICO Bangalore supplied the automation stuff for TTD. but i feel the quality of man made laddu's of 90's better than present ones both in terms of taste and keeping quality.
of course taste has nothing to do with machine, but to composition

. Thanks for info. But howz the process. What all the automations? Can anybody inform the same. Yeah, the quality of Laddus has come down when compared to 1990's.
